ELIGIBILITY
Swimmers should be 5-18 years of age.
Swimmers should have a basic foundation of swimming (e.g. formal swim lessons at a swim school) & be able to swim one length of a 25 meter pool unassisted.
You do NOT need to be a McCullough resident in order to participate. Non-resident families should be sponsored by a resident family & must complete this FORM prior to the first practice.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
Parents are REQUIRED to volunteer a minimum of 2 times during the 2025 swim season. Volunteer requirements can be met by volunteering on a committee, at a swim meet, pep rally or any other swim related event.
Failure to fulfill your required volunteer slots will result in swimmer's loss of participation for the 2025 Championship Meet.

8 & under | 6:00 - 6:30 p.m.
9 & up | 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.
June 16th - July 18th
Monday, Wednesday & Friday

8 & under | 7:45 - 8:30 a.m.

2025 CALENDAR
VOLUNTEER
To help our swim season run smoothly, each family is asked to volunteer at least twice during the 2025 season. There will be plenty of fun opportunities to pitch in—whether it’s helping at swim meets, pep rallies, or team celebrations!
Please note: Volunteering is required for your swimmer to remain eligible for the 2025 Championship Meet. We truly appreciate your support in making this season a success for all our athletes!

Pep Rally Volunteers
Pep rallies will take place on Fridays before each swim meet. Join the social committee and help us make them unforgettable!
Swim Meet Volunteers
Our team will need to provide timers, tattoo awarders, an assistant clerk and a chaperone at every meet.
End of Season Celebration Volunteers
We’ll finish off the season with our best party yet! Help us make it spectacular!
2025 Team Suit
Our 2025 team swim suit may be purchased from our team store on swimoutlet.com. The team suit is encouraged to but not required. For our littlest swimmers that do not fit a standard 22-28, you may purchase one of the “little kid” all black suit options from the site.
